Superb Opinion

  • Well, I watched the video. Not being a parent, I am thankful that I do not have to go through that with children. The video, I suppose, is fine as far as it goes. I don't feel it is appropriate to add religion into a sex education class or instruction. My own mother, made her own clumsy effort to explain to myself and brother, with a book, titled, From Little Acorns. ?
Sad as it is to say, my own mother was more than a little 'nuts' when it came to anything like this. When I was 20, I had a girlfriend who was 16 and she knew more than I knew, and that is REALLY SAD.
I bought a book, titled " THE Marriage ACT" that was a little more detailed than From Little Acorns !!! ? My insane mother found the book, and destroyed it, and threatened to call my girlfriend's mother. ?

Answer to your question: I guess it is better than nothing, or better than From Little Acorns.

    • Yikes! Sorry that happened!

    • @loves2learn Yes, she was her own, living nightmare.

  • Bits of it were okay and what you would expect.

It was like very incest like, as in it was about the brother and sister.

It was creepily scary in places.

    it’s disturbing

As for the religious side of it … yeah lol.

  • Well, it doesn’t really explain the sexual intercourse very well, does it? Lol. And the God references are over the top. The anatomy and physiology seemed mostly accurate to me. But if they don’t know to put the penis in the vagina and thrust, no babies are going to be made. 😂😂😂

    • Good for a pre pubescent discussion only in my opinion

    • @charliefretz329 agreed! Minus the aggressive religious references.

    • It’s like: we get it already! Lol

  • That is just cursed

  • Wait, this is the sex ed video? It'd have made a good one in the 50s

  • Facepalm.
they seem to have skipped over some key parts.
    This video sucks.

  • I prefer sex lessons from The Learning Annex

  • Pretty sure that's still how they teach sex education in the USA...

  • Huh, so where was the sex education part? 😂
    Very outdated propaganda video 😂

    • just pray for a baby and the lord shall giveth to you!

    • I'm surprised there was no stork mentioned.

  • I was too graphic for me. There should have been a warning in the beginning.

  • Special love time...

    • For younger kids that was informative enough. Looks like it was from the 80's.

    • Explains all the details and conveniently skips over the actual sex part

    • Special love time...😉

  • its different thats for sure

  • Discounting the God-talk, I think it was an excellent and age-appropriate explanation of how babies a made and grow without getting into the actual physical explanation of how the sperm gets inside the woman. The kids will figure that out on their own.

  • At least there weren't any commercials or political ads ! LOL

  • It explains where babies come from but not how they got there

  • My "bag of skin" or er scrotum is ready for "special love time!"

  • Yeah that's outdated by at least 15 years minimum...
    Sack of skin 🤣

  • WOAH I had no idea!
Why does it skip over what actual sex is? I wanna know God's plan here.

Also I can't name but one other family like theirs and they are lesbians so hope God feels the same way for all families like they say! Oh boy I can't wait for love time! It's gonna be so epic!

  • Very educational and just the right amount of detail.

  • I think my biggest question would have been “How doe the sperm get from the penis inside the woman?

  • BLAH! I disagree with mixing religion with Sex Ed!

  • I think you are mislabeling it as a sex ed video. It doesn't appear to be intended to explain sex or even much about sexual development. It looks like it was intended to explain where babies originate (kinda like the title says) so young children can understand. There's obviously a religious perspective interjected as well.

  • It’s pretty good for a child. Lots and lots of God references made it seem a little extra evangelical but it didn’t lie anywhere. Just glossed over the fucking bit. It gets a passing score in my book
