I think implants are hot! It's certainly not necessary for a girl to get them, as small boobs can be very cute. But big boobs are cute too.

There are a lot of misconceptions about them. Foremost, these days they're not as hard as some people think, they have squishy gel implants now. And they don't always look "fake", it depends on the size the girl gets and how they match up with the rest of her. Sometimes even when they look "fake" they still look hot. Personally I don't like when some women go so big that her breast tissue looks like it's under too much pressure and not healthy.

Psychologically I would not want a girl to get them for someone else or because of a low self-esteem or anything like that, but if she got them for herself because she thinks they're sexy, that's a turn on!

You know what some girls feel that they need them it gives them more confidence I understand that that for me no just ruins a girl. You have to understand that boobs do not make you the woman that you are the inside of you makes you the woman that you are that's where all beauty comes from I would much rather have a smaller pair of boobs real boobs then fake boobs any day any day of any year of any lifetime. Natural boobs are the only way to go it makes you beautiful because you are you and there's nothing fake about you

Personally, I'm not into it and I really don't like the thought that a woman hated her own original body so much she paid to get it modified. Often because society has told her it's better to have bigger breasts.

I have a close friend who got them, she was always insecure because of her size and she ended up with implants. They look good on her, don't get me wrong. She didn't get a size that seems too unnatural. I just don't like the idea about it and the reason for doing so.

I think they can be, done for the right person and right reason. I have a friend with some, she was completely flat and in her terms "boyish". Completely flatlined her confidence. She didn't go overboard like some girls do, and she is very attractive because she now feels that she can be.

My prior wife had breast implants. To put them in, and avoid scar tissue, the surgeon removed her nipples, put in the foam/implant material and reattached the nipples. It was a nice surgical procedure, with no scars, but her nipples had no sensitivity due to his severing the nerves associated with the nipples.

The enhanced breasts, although looking nice, felt 'unnatural'
