  • Stealthing is serious, I'm trying to figure out why people say this doesn't need a law? i had sex with a guy and we switched positions and he took the condom off and i didn't notice until he was about to cum and he pulled out to cum on my belly. He thought i didn't notice i was fucking livid, he said "it popped" and went to pee and that he didn't have anything. I went in the bathroom and looked in the trash and saw he took it off. i didn't talk to him again. I got tested cause i was having issues and ended up having chylamdia from him. And later down the line another guy tried it but i heard the condom come off and i left. My friend said guys have tried it a lot. And y'all dont think this shouldn't be a law? This is fucking sick! This is how diseases spread and unwanted pregnancies happen and people are trying to get abortion outlawed so whats the game plan then? Stealthing is SERIOUS and needs something done about it.

    • Wow sick guy 🤮 so glad you got tested

    • I had to after that

    • It is sick, I think to some (I know not all guys) guys, it's a way they are trying to dominate or control us. "Oh you don't want to try to get pregnant, I'm going to try anyhow." Or maybe just as simple as "I don't care if she likes it, sex feels better without this thing so I'm slipping it off." In any case it's them putting a selfish motivation over our wishes.

  • I have had this happen & tbh it should be a law because what if he happens to be carrying something? Is the woman ready to deal with the consequences that come with this decision to remove the condom.. I feel like it’s extremely selfish for people to do things like this.

    • That’s crazy. What position were you guys in when did it? Did you catch him right after he did it

    • We were laying sideways and I only noticed because he kept trying to keep me from laying on my back. The first few times I didn’t notice he had pulled it off because I was super wet. I noticed when I felt him finish. & I asked him, did it leak out or you pulled it off? And he replied I pulled it off, I assumed you were on BC. 2nd time he did it, I caught him because he was acting strangely.

    • Why didn’t you go off on him when he did it the first time? Assumed you were on bc? 🤣🤣 boy I’ll tell ya these guys make sure they don’t do this to the wrong woman

  • The fact we need to make a law for this is pitiful. Any man that would do this is a piece of crap and needs help. I don't care if you think a condom takes away from your experience. Taking it off without consent should never happen. These type men need to grow up and learn to respect their partner. The guy who takes off a condom is the same guy that will be nowhere to be found when she ends up pregnant.

  • I imagine that's kinda hard to prove, but yeah that's definitely a good thing. That's like a woman lying about being on birth control or something. Unconsensual babies suck. Likewise I want to see laws like this protecting men from crazy women who do this type of thing.

    • Ok I will agree to your point it is just a "her word vs his" thing.

    • What do you mean?

    • Just that in a number cases it would be her saying she didn't say he could take it off and him saying she did.

  • all it will do is have more girls giving blowjobs only

    • Sounds like that’s what you do all the time

  • If existent law, all genders should have equal rights and consequences. Deaf, mute, blind and unlisted disabilities should have proper amendments for their equal rights.

  • Bit of a stupid law! How is there going to be any proof? What happens if it splits or comes off?

I guess that all sex will be televised, with points awarded for keeping it on!

    • A good point, guess there has to be a loop hole in the law if it splits without the guy taking it off.

  • It should've been a law years ago. Guys who this are trash that their parents wasted years of their lives on rather than dump at an orphanage & wipe their hands clean of.

It just isn't pregnancies it's STDs. And legally any guy who does this without consent shouldn't just be fined or sued he should be in jail, particularly if he's any STD.

  • yes I think this makes sense. It's essentially impregnation without consent

  • Yes. That’s a good law, I’m surprised it wasn’t already a law to begin with

    • A lot of laws are in response to things happening. Guess it took this long to get up to speed and get the bill though the process.

  • This DEFINITELY should be a law in all states!!!

  • no. you can withdraw consent any moment, except for afterwards. if you refuse to continue without condom and the guy forces you, there are already laws about rape. Harder to prove it if you spent 10min voluntarily banging him before that, but it is still rape, no new laws needed most likely (obv not a lawyer to know the nuance). If you just lay there and do and say nothing, your problem and you can't decide to sue later anyway, especially for anything as unprovable as this. if an update to definition of rape is needed due to some technicality, none of us here are qualified to know exactly why.

    • In these cases, the woman is unaware that the man has removed the condom. So she has no opportunity to say that it’s not okay.

    • @Flower7 I can't imagine that possible. so many people complain about the big difference with and without, even for thin versions, my experience says the same. but lets say its entirely possible. then it sounds sensible to have the option to go after people for that, but if you don't even know without him telling you, it is even harder to prove anything. its already near impossible to prove actual rape in some he said she said cases. he can say it was an accident. or say it was ripped and he threw it away and you lied about it. I dont think that kind of a law is a solution against having sex with untrustworthy people. But I guess I would consider looking at specific proposals...

    • If a pregnancy happens, that could be some proof. Along with the possibility of STDs, that is the real tragedy about these situations. It can end up being something permanent.

  • This will help keep a lot more obnoxious pants on.

  • Interesting law & I wonder if a guy can sue a women if she says she is on birth control & she happens to get pregnant? Can you sue someone if the condom breaks?

    • I mean again the woman did not force you at all to nut in her so yeah that’s not becoming a law. A woman even on birth control can get pregnant so, you’re screwed.

    • I wonder if hookers can sue?

    • That’s illegal anyway

  • Yes it should be law in all states. Stealthing is sexual assault.

    • Can’t believe it has a name wtf

  • If a condom takes away some of the pleasure that would be a good thing 😜 would make lasting longer an easier task. I don't see why any non-idiot might want to do this stealthing shit.

    • I don’t see why y’all do it so much that it has a name

    • This is gross 🤮 I’m really gonna start checking if the condom is on when I switch positions with a guy now

  • Yes ofc since the woman didn't consent to having the condom removed

  • Men actually do this. so let me guess their willing to push the baby out to. Like wtf that's not okay at all

  • Yes!

  • Yes.

  • Prove it wasn't a sexual accident. It didn't slip off.

In California you can give people hiv and not tell anybody and have not be crime.

    They are backwards

  • Girls are already pitching a bitch about how guys won't even approach them, anymore!! I woder what other goofy things they can come up with to scare guys even further away?

    • Y’all approach any and everything all the time, cut the shit old man. No one cares about you screwing off from women because you’re a piece of shit.

    • You are flaming old and USED UP garbage. Shut the fuck up and fuck off

    • No one is complaining about ugly old ass men like you not approaching them 🤣🤣 nah they’re clapping in joy your stupid ass is leaving them alone.
