Well, I wouldn't say that men punished her, sex is not punishment for women, and not all women are into that.

Mostly I wonder why you aren't asking women why we would marry men who had sex before marriage.

If you are a virgin and would prefer to marry a virgin then that's totally fine, I'm glad that you and your future wife have found what's meaningful and important to you both and share that. But it's not okay to disrespect people who have different beliefs than you do.

Western guys are not like that. A virgin is nice, but really not necessary for a good and happy relationship. I guess you are from a country where virginity is more important than anything else.

Men who get married to non-virgin women are just guys who are secure in their sexual performance and aren't acting like a persons worth is tied to some petty, arbitrary factor like virginity.
