It's very much so a real thing. It's like your mind is foggy and then a tremendous gust of wind comes by and blows it all away. Granted, that doesn't mean guys are walking around with foggy brains, the "foggyness" is likely just the result of your brain honing in on the sex, or maturation, that you're partaking in.
