All of us have our boundaries and there are some things that most of us would not be willing to do in bed. If a partner asks for something you don't want to do, you can just say that you don't want to try that. But are there sexual requests that are so far over the line that, if your partner asked for one of those things, you would be shocked and want to break up with them?

If my partner asked for anything that involved a third person, I would think I had horribly misjudged her and that I had made a mistake. If she asked for BDSM, I could maybe blindfold her and tie her to the bed, but I couldn't spank or whip her. What is it that a partner could request that would drive you out of the relationship?

I don't know if there is anything. I mean, there's plenty of stuff I'd be hesitant about, and some I flat-out wouldn't do, but if she trusts me enough to open up about an odd turn-on, I'm not going to be seriously tempted to bail just because of THAT.

This may have a lot to do with my mostly dating women I already know, so there's less of a "Maybe she's secretly an evil psycopath" fear, but I think a bigger part is the "think of what it took to get this far; why jeopardize it for the sake of a momentary revulsion?" idea. I mean, would YOU want your partner to respond so badly to your suggesting an idea, one you probably kept fairly secret and feel vulnerable about?
