Have you ever been or would you ever go to a nudist event?

I’ve been thinking about going to a nude beach but I’m still not sure. Has anyone been to a nudist place before or has anyone thought about going? Or would you go to one?

I have been to nude beaches and resorts. Plus I am naked at home a lot.
First off, wherever you go, it will be fun and exhilarating. Expect to feel a bit embarrassed at first, but that will pass quickly when you see that everyone else is naked or partially naked.
Second, though a nude beach is not patrolled like a resort which has rules, you should not walk around with a hard on. And don't expect to get laid either just because the girl you are talking to is naked in front of you.
Nudism is about being naked and enjoying that freedom with other like minded folks.

I have been to many. I have belonged to various nude resorts, and have been to many nude beaches. At the beaches there have been thousands of people nude. But I also have been on Nude Bike Rides (Google "World Naked Bike Ride), and her locally there are literally tens of thousands of participants each year before Covid stifled everything. They were (and hopefully will be in the future) fun events that attract a lot of viewers in a party atmosphere.

Yes, I’ve heard of the naked bike ride. Is it uncomfortable if your naked and come across people who are clothed? That seem like it would be very awkward. Lol.

Not at all. We all know there will be thousands of people coming out to enjoy seeing the ride. It is like a party atmosphere. One year it started at the museum. People who were nude were let in free. I was only concerned that someone I know personally might see me and be offended, but for the most part, everyone attending thinks alike. Since many photos get taken, I wear a wig and beard during the actual ride so anybody I know seeing it would not recognize me.

Way before we got married, my husband & I met a couple of nudist swingers while we were on a cruise. They revealed to us that there was a swingers party during the cruise we were on. Sensing that we felt bad we weren't invited to that top deck nudist swingers party we just missed, the couple invited us to attend a weekend gathering of nudist swingers in the mountains. So, we went. No regrets at all. We would have gone to more of those gatherings but this darned pandemic halted those events.

My family belong to two naturist clubs, where we go camping. This year is the first out of the last two that we have been to one of them. We have also been on several naturist beaches and a naturist resort in France.

No. It is not awkward. We have been naturists since before my mum was born. It started with my maternal grandparents way back in the early 1970's. It is just natural for us.

I have never been into worrying about being seen or seeing. Growing up with a brother and learning about sex from a very early age meant that being with guys was never an issue.

Don’t know in which country you are but I went in Spain and in the Caribbean. I found it liberating, it’s great to feel the sun on your whole body and dry up after swimming without any swimming gear. It’s more a ‘natural’ experience and not at all sexual or erotic.
