Countries/public/families that practice nudity or naturism, what is the logic behind that? Why are they doing this?

Superb Opinion

  • My theory is that some (probably well-regarded rich and famous) person once was struggling to decide what to wear, going back and forth between the closet and the mirror, and finally just said "Screw it!" and walked out naked, and the rest was history.

I have a similar theory about mendicant religious orders starting with somebody packing up their stuff to move.

  • I don't have a clue and the last people that I want to be naked in front of are even 10 miles away would be my family anybody else it would be okay I don't mind being naked at all but not with my family maybe if I had a adoptive step family I would do it LOL

  • some do it for the sexual aspect, but the "real" one do it because they want to be closer to nature i think, plus there is less difference between people when everyone is naked

  • It feels liberating. Having to cover yourself all the time feels like you’re hiding your body, and the shame attached to nudity makes it feel worse. Having a place where nudity is accepted and encouraged allows you to be nude without experiencing shame and judgment.

  • Because you can and there is nothing wrong with it.

being naked is not sexual, it’s just not having clothes on.

  • It doesn't make sense to me at all.

  • What's wrong with nudity or naturism life stile. ?
I'm a home nudist and I'm fully nude at home. Right now. 💞

  • Being free and natural. Not worrying about being judged.

  • Being cool with your body and not forcing people to wear clothes is fine. No harm in being natural

  • Throughout Europe this has been the normal for ever. The US make sex a more shameful practice and should never be seen. Europe is more open about it. It's a big part of life and you should embrace it

  • An argument I've heard is it's freeing and empowering.

  • My aunt practiced nudism in the 70’s. She was a hippy at her farm in Oregon. As a teen it was kind of hot to spend a summer there.

  • Are you against it?

  • being natural.

  • the nude human body is a state of art
