What is the goal you want to achieve by doing something like that?
Is it because you want to be like the others? Is it because you succumb to group/peer pressure? It is certainly not because of aesthetics and because of medical reasons.
Also, why do you want to ruin something that is perfectly fine? You realize that you are potentially affecting your health and risk a major infection.
My advice is not to do any piercings because sooner or later, you will regret having tampered with your body and health. The same by the applies to tattoos and other body "improvements".
I appreciate you taking the time to answer me. My reasons for wanting to get them done are only for me, I’m the only one who sees my boobs. I have always been insecure and shy about them being so small and a lot of people say it gives them more confidence with them which is my biggest reason. They can always be removed regarding health concerns and not liking them in but I’d rather avoid going through the pain for nothing. I’m finding it difficult to decide whether to do it or not and asking strangers their thoughts is always the best way to go because they will always be honest about it
Small breasts are beautiful and you should not be insecure at all. Compensating your insecurity with piercings is not going to do the trick. Accept what you have and make the best out of it. Don't take other people's opinions about breast size as gospel. Since you are the only one that sees your breasts, what others think of your breasts should not impact how you feel. Be wiser than those that tell you to potentially mutilate your breasts. You have no guarantee that everything will be okay and that it will boost your self-esteem and ego.
it has to be your decision. if its something you really wanted there would be no hesitation, you would just do it. do some research on it for a bit then see where your head is at, i am pierced but got it for a few reasons. did it on my own volition. at best you can always take them out they are not permanent. but i would totally look around on the topic, some pics etc before you go through with it if you aren't sure, you know?
I've never seen a girl who became more attractive because of metal sticking out of her body. Do you think you need to enhance your boobs because they are small? Actually, there are as many guys who prefer small boobs as there are who prefer big boobs (really; I conduct a poll on this site about once a year and the results are always the same. Google boob size preference and you''' see other polls on the subject.) You don't need to enhance your boobs with piercings but perhaps you need to enhance your attitude with more confidence.
Nipples are probably more fun to suck without a piercing getting caught in your braces/bridge.

Also, please know that a huge number of guys prefer small. (See @OlderAndWiser above.) Personally, I far prefer smaller boobs, but do not want the beauty of them ruined with metal added.
For me personally it’s not really a matter of making them look more or less attractive. They are basically going to look the same regardless of the jewellery in them. It’s about adding a little something to them and so there’s something else to focus on rather then just the nipple. Kinda like women wearing makeup to hide their blemishes if that makes sense
Your small breasts and small nipples are not blemishes to be hidden. They are beautiful. Have more confidence in yourself.

I think you shouldn't, it looks bad as an image if they're small and it wouldn't be good to lick, but of course, the final decision is yours.
