However it does make me wonder, is anything real at all in porn? Like how could you tell a real orgasm from a fake one from a girl (if there was a real one) or how could you tell if it’s real moaning and not fake.

Yes some are mostly acting, but then for example there are videos of real couple having real sex and they just decided to film it. Also how do you fake a cumshot or squirting?
