Sure, to a point. I enjoy giving a woman pleasure, so I would definitely do things that are not necessarily a turn-on for me, because turning her on is a turn-on for me.
However... I'm not going to do things I don't want to do just to make someone else happy. I'm OK with something that I'm kinda so/so about, but if it's something that is a total turn-off for me, then probably not.
