  • That should be a KING-KONG sized red flag to you, that his judgement (& sense of discretion) is seriously lacking or under-developed.
Legalities aside, that was stupid, stupid, stupid... not only does he potentially incriminate himself, but put you in an awkward position, he didn't have the wherewithal or even see the need to ask for your consent, he didn't give you the courtesy of even telling you (which is disrespectful, selfish, & arrogant) & screams of BAD JUDGEMENT. -- what a moron.

I'm all for him posting whatever he wants of himself, but it's a TOTALLY different game when someone else is involved, AND especially when one party is not of age. You wouldn't be in trouble but he would if they decided to make an issue (which is unlikely but still!) I would be fucking FURIOUS because once it goes online, there no real chance to really 'take it back'. He should really think before doing something that stupid again. And in case he thinks its no big deal, tell him maybe he'll change his mind when you just might notify the authorities to prove him wrong.

  • Maybe a little less trolling? I mean what dumb ass your supposed age let's videos of them be taken. Or maybe you enjoy the attention?

    • Not a troll.

    • I have to disagree.

  • As you are a minor, this is production and distribution of child pornography and he can face criminal charges.

You might face charges to the extent that you produced the illicit content - i. e. if you recorded yourself fellatiating him and then provided him with a copy of the recording, then depending on the jurisdiction you are in, this could also be a crime. Note most of these laws predate the widespread availability of video recording devices and indeed the internet. They were not designed to deal with underage persons recording pornography of themselves. Some police and prosecutors take a pragmatic view, while others do not. If you think you are in this situation, talk to an attorney ASAP.

If he recorded and shared the content himself, then you are legally in the clear but he is not. You should talk to an attorney and maybe also your parents/guardian regarding this as you are the victim of a crime and the consequences of this crime may affect you in future years.

  • lol no. he can though. unless he's also underage. then it's a bit more complicated. for you, having sex with someone isn't legaly punishable. and since it wasn't you, who posted this, this is not your responsibility either way.

  • You are under 18 so he has child pornography in his possession right now

    • :/ yah would i get troble

    • If you report it to the police? They may tell you the troubles of video taping yourself, but your boyfriend can get in legal trouble for possession of child pornography

    • Yes... dont tell police...

    • Show All
  • not you but the person who had you do that could

  • There are plenty of negative consequences you may face as a result (socially, at school, or trouble with your parents if they found out), but the only negative legal consequences are on him.
If I were you I would dump him, or at least withhold oral for a very very long time.

  • If you are legit (which is seldom the case on GAG) and are under 18, he's in deep shit. Chances are that you are a fake, so no harm no foul.

  • you can't but you could get him in trouble for it if you wanted

  • How old is your boyfriend?

    • His 15 I m 13

    • Are you planning to keep dating him? I personally wouldn’t. That shows a lot of disrespect for you and lack of concern for your feelings.

    • Yah I love him.

  • No, but he might be for posting it. That was a stupid thing for him to do.

  • I don't think so. But he can for distribution of child pornography. Being the subject of a video is not a crime.

  • No, but dependent on where and laws, he can.

  • No but he can. I’m a lawyer. Pm me if this is a serious question.

  • You, no, him only if you press charges especially if you're under aged.

  • He can depending on the state and your true age. You are a minor.

  • I don't think so but I think you can easily file charges

  • Report it

    • To snap?

  • If you didn't consent him doing that, no way. If you did, you both can be charged for production of ilegal content. If he's 18+, he's in deep trouble.

    • He said the video was for him.

    • Then he's in trouble.

    • @diegoo She is UNDER AGE! It’s a federal offense and a felony in all 50 states to OWN, let alone post images of children performing sex-acts! (There is no exception in the law for people who are also underage!) And yes as an 18 y/o I hated being referred to, or thought of as a child when I was 17, but legally I was, so it doesn’t matter what I liked ir didn’t like!

  • What a douche. Nobody should ever do this

  • Probably not but he can

  • You won’t be, but he can be arrested for distribution kf child porn.

  • No, but he could.

  • Not you but he can

    • @vald9inches, she absolutely can be in serious trouble! Child porn is child porn, even if the child makes it! A teenage girl was arrested for sending a video of herself to (presumably) her boyfriend and SHE was arrested! Here’s the news story.
