Like most 'physical appearance' things, having surgery to correct something you don't like is a very personal decision, and something like this is even more personal. I can only answer you based on the experience (s) I have had, and one was an absolute disaster for me personally.
In my late 20's - early 30's I was back east at Firestone, and over 8 years there since college, I had sex with a number of the women I worked with, or in other departments. My experience up to that point, was with 18 - 24 year old women, and from what I saw, most had the "Barbie Doll' labia - i. e. closed outer lips without the inner lips protruding outside of the large lips, even to the extent of my having to push the outer lips open at the top for me to lick their clitoris.

Umm surgery has risks like lifelong infections and if you ever have a normal delivery you have high risk of 4th degree tears.
I would advise against surgery down there.
Some girls in porn have different looking vaginas. Some have similar ones to mine i. e Sunny Leone so I have learned to accept that my tulip is actually really beautiful and it doesn’t have to be bleached light pink and tucked in for it to be pretty. As long as it's in good hygienic condition and there are no STDs in place, no pussy and no penis are perfect because of their very nature.
