No dude. Girls can't tell. That's crazy. Now... sometimes they can tell. Hell, sometimes I can tell just as easily.

So, there is nothing anyone can 'see' to know if a guy is a virgin or not. But... you can definitely look at a shy, awkward guy who seems afraid to talk to girls... and 'tell' that he's (extremely likely to be) a virgin. But that really applies when you're a bit younger. Beyond those sort of generalities, there is no way anyone can tell.

To be honest, (at least for me, as a guy) beyond a certain age, I DO 'assume' that girls won't be virgins. Like that's my default assumption. It's probably a safe bet to assume that most girls would assume that you likely aren't a virgin. On the other hand, it isn't something you should like actively try and hide, or that you should be embarrassed about.
