Hard to say, depends on what you were planning to do with your Boyfriend after revealing yourself with either of the 3?

I'm pretty sure that all 3 does hint at something sexual. But is it really the direction you were going at?

I'd go with the third one, the frizzy red outfit. Both of the first two bra and panty sets are too hard for him to take off. The third one is just a single bow and most guys can handle that.

I would personally go with the bottom one. But as for you, whichever one you feel most comfortable and cute in. It’s not up to a bunch of strangers to decide what you wear.

10000% the last one. It's less revealing at first and I think it looks better than just having a skimpy bikini. Does depend on your body though and what makes it look good!

2. It's the easiest to bypass/reach under, and it covers the least amount of skin. Rule of thumb with sexy clothing, the less you have on and the easier it is to take off or reach under, the better.
