Well of course I can tell it is a female... but I guess these days with all these feminine dudes and they're rainbow hair it could surprise someone, but I'd definitely think it's a chick and I kind of find it intriguing when a female dresses like this because it causes more wonder as it's not very revealing... I do encourage though that if that's what she feels comfortable in and likes wearing then that's what she should do because being yourself is a sexy trait in itself.

Yes its the hips and "hour glass" shape of her body, guys tend to be straight around the mid section, the face also seems quite elongated which on its own is not a sure sign but with the hips it makes me confident that they are female

Yes, she looks like a girl. Narrow waste, wider hips, skinny legs, long hair (although some guys have that too). Put it all together and that looks like a female body.

duh. i mean my first guess is that it's a girl just looking at the body shape. though she could be a transgender. i would have to see the face to know.
