The more comfortable he becomes with you the less often he will be hard around you while naked. The novelty can wear off over time and that's perfectly normal.

As long as he can perform when it's time, and an occasional problem here is okay too. We can get caught up in our heads and stressed out just like women can.

For a woman it might mean she loses out on that path to orgasm. For a man it might mean he can't get hard, or he losses the erection, or in some cases he too can't reach orgasm.

I wouldn't be concerned that he's lost interest or anything like that.

Now, if he fails to have morning wood on a fairly regular basis then that can be a cause for concern. Morning wood is an interesting health meter and if he fails to show on the regular then it could be a problem with testosterone levels or a circulatory condition. And he needs to get checked in order to rule things out or get them treated before they progress or catastrophe occurs.

Now, it's also possible that he would be erect just by your very presence but he is undergoing some sort of stress. and while he can perform when needed something is occupying his mind.
