Many families see sex talks as taboo. I think it's healthy to talk about these things with trusted people. As long as you don't go into graphic details adults can talk about it, yes family as well. But this is different for each household. Many would find this weird. But others won't.

I am assuming you mean 'Talk to my sister about my own sex life' rather than 'Talk about my sex life with my sister'.

The answer is yes, I have two sisters and we have always been very open about these things. We have helped each other out talking about our experiences.

I would think it should be okay. I never had that kind of bond with either of my two ex-sisters but, I eventually, DID get that from a VERY close friend of mine and we could talk for hours every night about ANYTHING!
