Absolutely. You should be able to charge them all of those things upon the submission of DNA proof that it's the real father. In return, since he bore all of the financial costs, he will obtain sole custody of the child.

The year you get paid for all of the things that the OP listed, you will need to pay $10,500 on top of your regular income percentage, as that is 14% of the money you were paid in return for signing over custodial rights.
