First of all I would not be with a girl that plays mind games.

Second of all I would not care if she was Indian or not and not sure why it was relevant to state that in the question.

Third of all two wrongs don't make a right. So I am would be sorry she had been raped, but she can't put that on me, or use it as justification to treat me poorly.

Lastly, I would refer you back to number 1... I don't like girls that play games so finding out later she was a victim of rape would not change anything for me. I would hope she found the help she needed, but it would not be me.

Sympathetic. A person's experience in life shapes them. There is no doubt that a young woman or man who has been violated like this will have mental repercussions. She needs help to deal with the trauma, from good friends and therapy. I would not be surprised if it was someone she knew like a family member or relative who did this to her. Make her feel safe.
