Man that transitioned to a woman? No they can not get pregnant. Most transwoman still have a normal penis, the ones that had a vaginaplasty, and I mean this in the nicest way possible, have a mutilated penis.
I've looked up a step by step of the penis to "vagina" procedure, it's not for the faint of heart or the squeamish, they reuse some parts of the penis and ballsack and make something that looks like a vagina. There are no lady parts added, no whom, no ovaries, the transwoman will not have periods or produce eggs.

I'd suggest you wear a condom tho cause you could always get stds no matter who they are, and just like some bad women lie about being on birth control I could see a bad woman lying about being trans to trick you.

But if you know 100% it's a tranwoman then no she can't get pregnant.

Nope, gender reassignment surgery is purely cosmetic, you can’t transplant the whole internal plumbing (yet) to make that work. What can happen is that a trans woman banked sperm before the procedure and uses this to have children with a (born) female partner.

Men at birth whom have transitioned into women, do not have female reproductive organs, therefore, cannot get pregnant.

No. The sex change procedure simply inverts the penis to make it look like a vagina. It does not give the transgender functioning ovaries or a womb.

Well aside from the fact some parents don't let their kids take sex Ed, I've heard that there are places that don't even have it, which sounds crazy stupid to me. Maybe he's from a religious school that didn't teach it other than "don't have sex till you're married and only lay with a woman to bare children". Point is nomatter how big are it is he dosent know, all that matters is that he finds out not, don't shame people who don't know sex stuff for not knowing
