Dude, I was lucky enough to survive a car-accident last year (a fateful Friday 25 September 2020). I lost my 1st ever car, suffered my 1st ever bone-fracture… and on my lower SPINE, and did the same to my elderly mother who later needed surgey (plus whatever injuries I gave the other driver, who was luckily driving alone). I was then out of a job (and, hence, had NO income!) for 1.5months. Especially at the beginning weeks, life was hard. (I needed help getting in & out of bed or the lack pain was horrific. Even taking a bath was harder, with significantly-restricted movements.)
I got in a car-accident while on duty on a job from Washington. If not for Federal worker's compensation (& my healthcare-sharing ministry, a religious alternative to health-insurance), I would have been in medical-debt for $15k!
And you're actually considering the possibility inflicting this on yourself, your girlfriend, and anyone other motorists, passengers, and/or pedestrians voluntarily?
My spinal-injury correlated to the location of the seatbelt on my body, while it was trying to stop my body from moving. You take for granted being able to move your upper-body (turn toward and lean into) in all directions without worry. (Imagine if you could not, without immediate pain like someone put their knee on your back, grabbed your shoulders, and actually tried to snap your spine in half. The simultaneous agony & terror is unforgettable to me.) Also, no sitting for long periods, no semi-sitting/lying-down, resting on your side, and the like. Keep your back straight and keep your shoulders & toes all facing the same way 24/7 for a week. Then, consider if you would like to live like that for 6weeks. And mind your spending (& hers). (I'm sure her injuries would be much different, maybe even far more severe. Could she even die, given the nature of the maneuver & the vicinity of her windpipe, or her head & brainstem to the steering-wheel that will suddenly impact her skull on impact?) Are your combined savings enough for 6weeks? My 6weeks was due to our injuries being minor. (Yes, MINOR! Had my injuries not been on my T12 & L1 sections, but more critical parts, recovery could have lasted MONTHS.) And how about the legal consequences of this? Mine was due to failing to notice a "stop"-sign, which is routine & relatively traffic-violation. But how about that? Consider the consequences.
Don't do it unless you can have an orgasm and maintain control of the car. Practice in a parked vehicle. Be sure she can handle you cumming in her mouth and swallowing while keeping her head in your lap. If you decide to go through with it, find a road that is easy to drive on (e. g. straight) with little or no traffic.
