For example, I do not have tattoos, unusual body piercings, rainbow colored hair or anything else that might indicate that I could have an alternative life style, kinks, fetishes and/or taboos... yet behind closed doors, maybe I do :)

A book cannot always be judged by its cover... well... wait... maybe these books can... lol

But now, on the opposite side, does your body display any external indications, or do you dress in a provocative way that, whether rightly or wrongly, might give people the feeling that it is possible you could be living an alternate lifestyle? ... or instead, on the surface is it well hidden?

I don't know if my tendency to wear black and have long hair and a beard give off any signals (wouldn't mind an input on that actually) but my personality once you do get to know me definitely suggests that I'm the adventurous type which is absolutely true, I literally learned how to do bondage out of curiosity and now it comes in handy in many situations. That being said I don't advertise it when I meet someone and do present myself as a standard guy until the conversation turns more sexual...

I belong to option D. Many do pick that kind of vibe when we talk about sex. Those who like it stay close to me, they are usually shy and need more privacy to talk (mostly ask). My body language and attitude can show some dominance profile. Manu guys that i know feel intimidated and i make sure that am not trying to be that, i ask them to relax and talk about other things so we go back to neutral setup. But on the other hand! No one could guess i am a little farmer and loves extreme hot chilis.

I've had previous girlfriends say how they are surprised how kinky I am once we get to know each other. They have said how I have the appearance of an attractive and innocent baby face, but once we start having sex how I'm open to try most anything they are interested in.
