Never heard of it, although there are a number of deaths each year of men engaging in autoerotic asphyxiation. When people need air they let you know. If it did occur it would be murder.

Unless it's an attempt at murder then I don't believe it's a very dangerous act if done right.

Death certificates would just say "accidental asphyxiation" rather than "died happy under a fat ass" so we'll never really know.
