Wet dreams as in sexual dreams causing arousal a few times a year - I don't know about my fiancé but he frequently has an erection when he wakes up. But if you mean actually having an orgasm in my sleep I think about once every couple of years - and my fiancé has had about 3 in the 4 years we've been together. Or if you mean the more embarrassing type of wet dream causing urination during sleep then it's a couple of times a month for me unfortunately - but never for my fiancé.
