Honestly I have had 7 different partners in my life time. 4 before my 24 year marriage, then my ex wife and two after.
4 of the 7 have been red heads... not my ex though. Honestly I would not sayI am attracted to Red Heads in any particular way or that there is any allure to them. My current girl friend is a red head... and honestly of the 7 partners the Red Heads have given me the best and most passionate sex... At three of the four are in the tope three and my ex would be like number 5.
I guess just happened that way, guess you would have to ask the red heads what's their allure to me is? ( I have dark Brown, now greying hair).
Serious though Red Heads only make up about 2% of the population. And 13% of that 2% are Scottish or Irish. About 85% of the women in the world have Black or dark Brown Hair, 11% are true Burnette which is dusty or light brown, 3% are Blonde and 2 % Red. I actually prefer true Burnette, or dark silky haired ladies with green or blue eyes.
I mean true red heads, and there is only one way to know that and I have confirmed my exploits... are very rare and so have a certain amount of appeal. They do tend to have a certain passion for life these Red heads, and I am a very passionate guy so I guess we just mess well.
But don't most women are fake red heads... so like I said you have to confirm if the drapes match the carpet.
Another note... 34% of women dye their hair red and not true red heads... so food for thought. Why do so many women want to be Red Heads?
I don't exactly know. I was never much into them because the few that I knew had a tendency to look like clowns: very pale skin, red facial features (lips, eyebrows, etc.) and, usually, very curly/kinky hair! Then, I met one that looked nothing like that! Amy Wrightmeyer! WOW!! What a cutie!! And she'd just moved in right next door!! From then on, I was at least mildly hooked. Had she not turned weird on me, I could've easily gone for her!! Then, a decade later, I met a British muso and became friends with him and he owned up to having a thing for gingers and that set me off, again and now, I'll be GLAD to take a hot red head!!
I don't know that it's JUST the colour of the hair but, also, the style and length of the hair but, SOMETHING about it being red is pretty nice!! Maybe it's just got something to do with human nature in that; we tend to look at or be attracted to red, first.
The thing is, there's so many people that CLAIM they're reds but they're a LOT closer to brunettes or strawberry blondes.

We have lots of beautiful red haired women in Ireland, I don't know about fetish, but most guys would appreciate a beautiful red haired girl, as pretty girl is a pretty girl, regardless of hair colour.
However red heads do tend to have nice skin and always seem to retain youthful appearance into their 40's and 50's or beyond.

There is a belief out there that some men have, that redhead women are highly sexual. That could be the reason for the fetish that some men have. I actually did have one girlfriend who is a redhead. And yes, she was highly sexual! But not sure how statistically accurate this is... 😎
For me, a part of the allure has always been the look but it's also the rarity too. I don't see very many redheads, so whenever I saw one my gaze was always drawn to them immediately. Then I wanted to talk with them and ultimately shoot my shot, didn't care if I succeeded or failed I knew I'd be fine either way wasn't the end of the world. Like I said I was attracted to the allure and usually satisfied with being able to try.
Personally I think there is nothing more beautiful than a redhead with green eyes and a peachs and cream complexion. A nice red patch of hair down below is rather sexy too. It's not a fetish for me just a preference. I also like blondes, brunettes and dark haired girls as they're easily found.
I'm not being stupid here. I look at classic Irish "gingers" with their curly dark red hair, green eyes and freckles and they almost look like a different race to me. Exotic. Appealing.

I fell for a redhead girl when I was around 12 at school. She had a rich mane of long wavy hair, freckles and green eyes. She just entranced me but I never ever spoke to her sadly. I later dated several red haired beauties. As for the appeal I guess I love the contrast of the hair colour against the pale skin, it's just a very feminine look. If I see a shock of red hair in public it immediately grabs my attention.
I think it’s got to do a lot with ancestry. I have a lot of Irish blood. Also for some reason, red heads don’t take a lot of crap and a strong woman is a turn on. Every male and female ginger I have met has been a decent person with a strong will. Even being a patriarch the thought of a principaled woman that’s equally as strong willed as me just sounds fun.
Plus guys want what they can’t have and it’s not every day you see a smoken hot redhead.

Pale hair is generally considered more attractive in those of European descent, ergo blondes and redheads. I just find most red haired women attractive.
