It makes sense that they are less sensitive. Anatomically, when the head of the penis doesn't have the foreskin to cover it it becomes keratinized and rougher. And the foreskin itself contains erogenous sensory nerve endings. The issue for guys who are cut at birth is that they have no anatomically intact baseline to compare to.

I'm against routine, non-medically necessary circumcision. So I of course think removal of the foreskin and the effects of that are disadvantageous.

yes its true... uncircumcised guys have the head of thier cock covered 99% of the time... for circumcised guys the head of thier cok is always brushing up against thier clothes and anything else, so it is
de-sensitized.
