One time, I was just getting into a wank when my brother walked in on me.
Another time, we'd just finished playing an afternoon gig and I was taking the last of my drums into the basement at my guitarist's house and, when I came back up out of the basement, there was my singer long-dicking my guitarist's ex-girlfriend (and the mother of his daughter) while she was standing against the dining room wall! And he had the dick to do it!! Must've been 10" or 11" long LIMP!!
Another time, we were AT a gig and I had to run up to the dressing room to get my sticks and found my other guitarist on the floor fucking some girl he'd just picked up moments before!!

I have walked in on a couple. It happened at work. On my lunch break, I went to the basement parking to exercise my legs by walking around. In a corner was a large SUV parked (reversed into the bay). I got caught off guard, but managed to quickly piece together what is happening.
I saw a woman's shoe (still on her leg) sticking up in the air. A man was rocking his hips. She was laying in the loading bay of the vehicle (like on a table) while he was doing the deed standing up. On the next lap I gave them a wide bearth.
I made a conscious decision not to report them to security.
