First off most males do not wipe when we pee. We are not women.

Second, if we did use tissue it wouldn’t get stuck like with a vagina because it isn’t being crammed into a wet hole and pulled. It is simply drying a tiny hole on the top of a dry knob.

I don't normally wipe. There have been times, where I dried the glans (the head) with toilet tissue and a tiny fragment does get stuck. I find that quite annoying and need to rewet that area to take that piece off.
