Lol, no it's not a sickness, it's just nature. You wake up, your dick is just incredibly hard. It's usually the best erection of the day too like it's incredibly hard. Harder than a fucking rock. I think it's usually either due to having an erotic dream or some evolutionary thing where your own body is trying to get you laid to further the species. It's completely natural, most guys my age and younger tend to get morning wood. I also hear guys in their 40s can even still have morning wood. Of course I get hard when I think about sexual things with a girl, especially one I like, like my crush. But men have biological processes same as women do.
