Here in Texas age of consent is 17. If you have sex you both put yourself at legal risk if people find out. Let's be honest, boys love to brag so it WILL get out that you did. You could both be tried for statutory rape and carry that for the rest of your life. This is on top of the potential STD and pregnancy risk. My recommendation is to not have sex until older, but you should also refer to age of consent for your location.

As for the lingerie, if it makes you happy, knock yourself out. It's your body and life in the end.

Yes, wear it if you like it. Understand though that many guys might not care too much about lingerie. I prefer my wife to be nude during sex or possibly wearing her white tank top (hiked up to show her breasts).
