Because big boobs and butts are feminine traits; men don't have them. Boobs gave us our first meal, they're jiggly (our eyes like movement), and we don't have them. Big butts are nice because we don't have them.
Most straight men feel impulses to check out a woman’s body. Vice versa happens too but women are much better at being discreet about it. But as we get older and more experienced (most of us) get better at controlling it.
