I don't really enjoy shower sex; water washes away natural lubrication, the shower can be slippery, and getting in the right position can require some acrobatics that are beyond my abilities. But I do enjoy taking a shower with my partner. Assuming that "shower together" isn't simply a code word for sex, then it is a great non-sexual way to buld intimacy in a relationship.

I have had a few previous partners who were either very reluctant or simply refused to shower together, and for some of them, it was an absolute never-gonna-happen kind of thing. I dont know why they are okay with having vigorous doggy style sex in the bed but shy about me seeing them in the shower 15 minutes later.

Everybody's different. So. . . what about you? Are you eager to jump in the shower with your partner or do you say "no" whenever they ask?

I honestly find the shower or bath my only place to just destress and relax, have my own privacy too.

No. To be expected, given the size of the shower we'd need. Unless I was dating a midget, I suppose That might actually be kind of fun, at least until I forget about our height difference (I would; I know myself) and ask her to get something off the top shelf. Then I'd be too busy trying to make her a jetpack.

After some fun times when I'm covered in sweat and sticky stuff, I love a shower with him.

It is best when you have dual head showers though so one person doesn't get too cold when all wet.

Sometimes it may lead to more sex and fun, but often it is us just washing each others bodies, he will rub soap all over my body, gently caressing me and I'll do the same to him, we may even hug and pull ourselves tight to rub it around a bit more. Then we go about the rinse and all the rest. I agree it, is a very good way to build intimacy.

My house is small too, built in the 30's, but I do not plan on being here past another year or two. This was a starter house to get things going so I could move later. Also what I call my hideout, hanging low from certain people in the middle of no where.

The reason I preferred to take a shower without him, is because he liked to take his showers with Luke warm water, which made me cold. I like a nice hot steamy shower. Plus my shower is small and it seemed like we just got in each other's way.

It is nice now and then and I am very comfortable with it, but showering is normally just a task that need to be done for me. I don't want to waste a lot of water so often, and I am faster/more efficient when showering alone :D, not that it leads to sex in there, I don't want 'water sex'.

Yeah very comfortable, it’s a wet room, so it’s fairly wide open, has a built in seat and heated floor.

it’s a great place to go and chill alone or together.
