Here’s two reasons I can think of
When they’re unsolicited, it’s really a turn off to some people. I personally get disgusted at looking at anyone else penis other than my boyfriends.
Women aren’t as visual as men are. Men can get stimulated by just looking at something. Whereas women typically get stimulated by touch or other senses.
It’s not that we don’t like dick, it’s just different for everyone. Not every girl gets horny looking at a random guys dick, not every girl enjoys reviving dick pics.
