From those shots, I'd say thick, but without a shot from the back, or a proper shot from the side, it's impossible for me to know for sure. The best test would be to watch her run a couple miles. That'd lay the argument to rest.

Her face and head still look nice, she still looks good under the chin, where her neck meets her chin. Her stomach has a good shape, but no muscle. Her arms look overweight, though.

I think she looks good, and a lot of guys would follow her around, but it would be healthy for her to get some steady and challenging exercise. Maybe change her diet a bit. If she cut some of the weight, her legs would still be banging, maybe her calves would show a bit better.

I’d have to see the ass too. If you’re big and everything is still firm, then no it’s not fat.

This here I’d say is fat. I know such woman here prides herself on having a big ass. Many men like that, but to not show it while asking for a completely honest opinion seems fishy to me. I’m guessing there is some rolls and cottage cheese on the upper thighs and ass?

It’s a simple fix. Everything else looks decent. Start working out, diet correctly and do myriad leg and butt exercises.

I would say fat, she was just blessed to have the fat go to her thighs. Her is probably in weight range that can put her at risk for major health problems though.
