No it doesn't. But wearing bras can stump growth. That's why its not good to wear them to bed. But being braless doesn't not mean they'll grow.
You're still in the age grouo where you could be experiencing continued growth, but also any weight gain will add mass as the majority of the tissues are fat cells. The act of not wearing a bra won't actively make them grow, but without the support of a bra it will be forcing the muscles that are there to support your breasts to develop thus appearing as if they are bigger

No, it doesn't. Aging does. Gaining weight does. Getting pregnant does, a lot.
I grew up nudist mom very rarely wore a bra. A bra does your breast no good for comfort or health. In fact, they can cause harm! Only a sports bra during sports should be worn for comfort. I am glad you found freedom!
