No. It's also a misconception, that if the consent is at 14 or 15 that means that that kid can fuck whatever age. In reality that does not apply to situation like that. That still is a statutory rape and is illegal and the defense of age of consent is usually thrown out in the court.. Age of consent is the minimun age in which by law it's not illegal to engage is sexual activity depending on the circumstances, example two 15 year old lovebirds in a romantic relationship started exploring physically is not illegal by law and shall not be punished by the state.

Like the other person said, I have no clue how the laws work, but Germany is a pretty fucked country. 14 year olds don’t have the brain capacity to identify adult situations correctly and that has been proven over and over again. Any person that goes for a 14 year old is a pedophile, I don’t really care what other countries laws have to say.

I have no idea of laws in Germany but I get lots of people thinking this about my country (Japan). And they are mistaken very deeply. Here we have the age of "consent" very low but that is between two teens. It is not between teens and adults. If a 16-year old boy sleeps with a 15-year old boy, Japanese law can dismiss that. If a 25-year old man sleeps with a 16-year old woman, he will probably be put in jail. I have to look more into Germany but maybe it is like that.

Yeah. A lot of people have a misconception on what is 'age of consent'. It doesn't mean an underage can sleep with anyone of adult age, that still is illegal. In your example, imagine the parents of the 16 year old and 15 year old goes to jail or the teenagers themselves for exploring their sexuality. Age of consent is like 'personal freedom' given at that age at 'normal' circumstances.

Depends on the laws. But wouldn't surprise me. Here in uk, 16 could do it with a 40 year old no problems nvm a 23.

yeah that is theoretically possible. though it's very risky for the man to do that. because as soon as the family of the girl or the girl hersel utters or mentions anything of regrets or feelings of being exploited about this, that can quickly escalate into a highway to jail.

No. 14 applies only for people under the age of 21. For anyone else it's 16.
