  It only in public situations where it can be awkward. Guys who have smaller penises get annoyed and will point and say that you have a boner. It's happened to me before.   You're looking at my question as if it's some kind of competition to say which gender has it worse. Judging women in a negative way about their bodies is disrespectful, regardless if it's men or women doing it, AND judging men in negative ways about their bodies is also disrespectful.
