Generally girls don't ask guys for sex. Or at least, I haven't known of many who will directly ask. What some girls will do is wait and see how much interest you show or how far you'll go for her, and then once she knows she's got you she'll sleep with you... but later discard you.
Others really want to have sex with you but they want to see if you'll make the move first so that they can agree to it without ever having to ask you. Only a very select few girls who are very, very confident and know what they want and are seriously into the guy will outright ask for sex.
Because most of the time we usually always want it, but I have turned girls down before, it's not exclusive to girls to turn anyone down.
As a guy you have to ask girls that you actually think you have a chance with, also if you are only after sex, say that, be totally honest, seriously some girls actually respect that and some even respond well to it.
Just don't punch above you weight, more importantly know what your weight is!
I think it's just double standards. Anytime a man tries to make conversation with females it's seen as creepy. I just feel like females are privileged in these situations.
