I would not, but I have friends who did because covid took away their income and it was/is the only way they can survive. They do not want to be doing it, so if it was 100% legal how would you feel about having sex with someone who really does not want to be doing it but doesn't feel they have any other choice?
Besides there is kind of a way that it is totally legal right now, sugaring... it is like dating, hook ups but no transactional agreements, but good luck getting a second time if you don't help support her. That is extremely popular, in fact a good amount of college students admit to doing it in some form or another. To not be illegal there cannot be any transactional agreements up front, that is the crime.
If two people decide to spend time together and he happens to help her out with bills or money and she decides to help him out some other way with no agreed up on amounts or transactions, not a crime at all.
If I was desperate enough for money yes I would. Luckily I'm not that desperate at the moment just saying if I was I'd hoe out for money.
I wouldn't use those services. Sex is a bit intimate. But if a female friend asked me for a sexual favor, I might charge them something. Maybe not even money. Depends on how close we are... If its one of three different friends right now, It'd be free. If its one of those three, I'd tell her I love her.
I have never used the services of a prostitute and I never will. For me, it would be a degrading experience.
