For an overwhelming large number of girls in the world, size does not matter at all. The same goes for thickness or the combination of both.

What is more important is how the owner of the "size" is able to go about with his appendage.

I am not personally interested in those penile attributes, but if I was, I would much rather prefer a guy with a small appendage but that really is master of it and has the proficiency and knowledge to use it to the full satisfaction of a lady.

Many people, if not most, feel that the manly penile display in porn clips is the standard to go by, which is erroneous.

But men have always been made aware that in order to be "men", they needed to be well endowed.

What about personality, character or the internal beauty of a person? Are those attributes all disregarded in favor of a penis size? Are we really that vain to reduce a gender to their outer appearances?

There is no mention about character and personality in your votes. Why are those most important assets not even listed?

In all fairness, those who seem overly focused on dick size being the main indicators of pleasure are usually cursed with having the personality of a dick while having most of their original thoughts generating from there as well. Remember guys, it's not about the size of the dog in the fight, but the way you use your hot dog in the fight about whether it is a sandwich or not. Wait... Metaphors are hard.
