I wouldn't be doing anal in doggy for thr first time, if you like thay position then get in doggy and then drop you ass down so your knees are folded under you. No, it isn't best. After a lot of research before we did it first time, we found that laying on a dining table or similar was best. Hang your bum over the edge. Lift your knees as high as you can towards your shoulders. That tends to open the entrance, just as it does when a guy has a prostate exam.
