Sure, lots of times... you try keeping things tucked in when things are so small. Of course, it is my choice to wear those items, as I'm a show-off and do not mind. The biggest accidental one though came when I was on a date at a water park and going down a big water slide, lost my bikini bottom. The guy just stared but the ride attendant had towels ready for this very thing, seems it was very common.

I also saw a guy lose his shorts on the same slide not too long after that.
