Take your time, slow and steady wins the race. There shouldn't be any shame in it cause it's natural and there shouldn't be any shame, but sometimes the shame can be due to religious reasons unfortunately. There are no toys or lube involved, and yes I am able to let go with hindrance but for some it will take time.

I don’t use my hands, never have. I own a whole collection of toys now but when I was younger, before I was old enough to have toys, I just humped blankets and pillows to get off.
