Does a deaf boy (born deaf and never heard anything before) know if he is making too much noise during sex?

Some (not every) boys think that moaning during sex or blowjob is not manly so some of them don’t moan (i asked some of my friends (boys)). But would a boy who is born deaf think the same (that moaning is not manly)? If he doesn't care and moan during sex because he is enjoying it so much would he care if he is making too much noise? Can he know how loud he is for example if he is extremely loud? A lot of deaf people don't know ig they are talking loudly until someone tells them. Is it the same when they moan, cry, scream etc? Would he be embrassed when his girlfriend made it clear to him that he is making so much noise / warns him not to be so loud because the neighbours could hear it?

I'm no professional but I've seen a few videos from deaf channels on YouTube and apparently they can look for other ques to determine. Some obvious ones might be the reactions of others around them. But a helpful one is how their throat feels when making noises. Like, when you yell or scream, it feels way different than when you talk normally or Whisper. So while they may not be able to hear it directly, there are other ways of determining if they may be being too loud around others.

As for whether he thinks moaning is or isn't masculine, I'd imagine they'd have a different take on the matter, that being it not seeming un-masculine to them.

Naturally, yes, I think he wouldn't care. However, while growing up deaf they often learn to be mindful of these things, so it's fairly likely that he would be conditioned to try and refrain from making too much noise. But I'm sure that if his partner told him that he didn't need to hold back, then he wouldn't.

Commonly they do not know how much noise they are making. I have never had sex with someone deaf, but had a situation where they were enjoying their food.

Some they are not aware, unless you make them aware, I cannot imagine them suppressing the noise. I know when I am with a man. I want them to make noise.
