No it would not change my opinion of someone I am already dating. But in general I do not like pierced nipples and do not find it attractive. They often get in the way of things, or caught up in hair or other things in moments of passion. When you go for a nipple during sex you are literally putting a piece of metal in you mouth or sucking on a piece of plastic when all you really wanted was a good natural nipple sucking.
So if I was already dating her, i would assume that she would of asked before doing it to get my feelings on it. And if she did it anyway it would not change my opinion of her, but it would make me think that maybe my opinions don't really matter to her and that I am not all that special to her.
