What do you think of anklets on your girlfriend, wife, SO etc?

I never really complimented her earings or necklaces specifically but I would always compliment her overall appearance. I do agree though, I should mention it to her. Just last week we went out and I asked her (half kiddingly) to wear her knee high leather boots and she did! They always drive me WILD! lol

That's so cool. Mine is adventurous too but the anklets are as no no. If I have to wear it, I will have to go the hide and seek route. Only thing as per body jewelry he likes is waist beads or chains. He buys those.

That's how I see it too, that both are in same category but he doesn't see it that way. He says anklets are trashy and the waist beads are graceful. But the thing is, from the onset of our relationship when we were discussing likes and dislikes he made the anklet thing clear. I imagined I could wear it indoors but I was wrong, cause later, we were chatting on phone and sending each other selfies & I sent a picture of my feet in an anklet. He responded that I send one without the anklet on. So I did and he resent it with a note that said that's how he prefers it whether he's around me or not. He really dislikes it.

Thanks. But well, he isn't controlling. it's just that there are things he told me from the start he don't approve of like the anklet, tattoos, smoking and excessive drinking. Those things don't trouble me so I was fine with it.
