Because the boys them men that are doing this are being allowed to because women are not calling the police if guy were getting put in jail for this it would slow it down
When I was 5 years old I knew one of these days that women would take over this world and be more badass than they are right now women go through so much pain they are tough they are bold they are badass so what I cannot understand why a woman would not want to fucking take this guy down to get him off the street so he would never do it again to anybody else and put his ass in jail it pisses me off that she feels like it's her fault it pisses me off that she will not put them in jail it pisses me off when she's embarrassed and I apologize for everything I just said because it's not right to a point but have to get that message across I had to get that point across it is not your fault you did nothing wrong and you need to put these fuckers in jail especially the guys in college everybody all of them no matter who they are

Cause men are animals and women now a days are thinking about equality and not about protecting themselves by not getting drunk or dressing certain ways. Forget about equality, think about being safe in what you do. Yes you have the same rights, but men won't protect you if you don't protect yourself.
