Having octuplets is rare, and is not likely to carry full term. Carrying 8 children at once is a great risk for complications during pregnancy. Doctors will suggest a “selective pregnancy reduction” for both the mothers safety and the children's safety.

The guys would shit themselves hearing about it, but realistically, it won’t happen naturally and the pregnancy will be “reduced” by doctors orders.
