Do you believe plastic surgeons are narcissists and vain people?

Due to the job they do? They become vain? There is a Mexican plastic surgeon who must be in his 40`s works in Mexico and he must earn good money. The guy is good looking, has several tattoos in his body and he trains very often at the gym, he is a fitness addict. He is like the epitome of narcissist and vain.

He has a girlfriend who must be younger than him and just like him, she seems vain and narcissist. They both have their respective social media accounts. The guy has an IG, Tik Tok and FB account. They both love being on the spotlight on social media. For them the physical appearance is like a cult. The lady has a IG account. They both love receiving Likes from people on their each social media account, especially the doctor. The lady is not a doctor, she is a lawyer, feminist and she sells women stuff online (clothes, shoes, jewerly, gym clothes, etc) and lately she will start selling sex toys for women.

This couple must earn good money cause they love posting photos and photos of their international trips to Europe or local trips in Mexico to chic and fancy places. (night clubs, fancy parties, fancy bars) or local cities in Mexico. But they record everything on social media, both of them. Also they are gym selfies addicted (haha). They both enjoy to post endless selfies when they work out at the gym, videos, they work out together always. When they post the selfie is the same selfie, flexing, showing their nice physiques as a couple. The guy also post photos of him doing many gym exercise to show their nice body and ripped abs, the lady the same. Since he is a doctor he has operated his girlfriend it seems and she has botox, fillers on her lips (she looks like a duck, haha!!!), breast enhancements,. I think even her butt. Maybe to fit well with her boyfriend and his huge ego and his profession, lol!!! On this doctor social media accoutns he has a combination of personal photos and work photos of

No. I figure they were interested in medicine and just drifted towards their field. A very large amount of plastic surgeons started as surgeons specialized in facial reconstruction from traumatic injuries. Once you have decades of experience, it seems normal that some may want to branch out into opening their own practice where the clients aren't always people who had suffered terrible injuries and just want to look better.

You can take care of your appearance without being vain or narcissistic, it's just we all know people who've taken it way too far.

no lol. those that pay for their services are. i mean i think people do medical degrees cause they wanna help. and i think someone who ends up to be a plastic surgeon got there in order to help people with crippling deformities or injuries. i think ending up as that surgeon who stuffs silicone in womens tits is not really something they planned out from the start xD

Considering a plastic surgon funded my education just out of the kindess of his heart and with no obligations no I don't. At least not generally speaking.

People are individuals careers don't define who they are.

Perhaps egotistic but narcissism is no possible remorse or sympathy for other life but themselves and considering they are together they probably care for each other but who knows, maybe not

I've notice many of them do take care of their physical appearance. As to their behavior, I think it varies. No one is the same.

Surgeons in general are highly narcissistic as a profession. Possibly the most narcissistic profession out there.
